The other courses are only available to members, after they have completed their Core Programme and they have created a detailed Personal Development Plan. The other courses may or may not be relevant to their Plan - they can make that choice. The other courses are available at significantly discounted prices. We believe that Personal development is about the individual - not about a course.

Yes. As initial Membership includes the cost of the Core Programme and provided you have completed your Core Programme, you will be eligible to renew for a longer period and you will be able to buy a 6 months or a 12 months Membership at the relevant price. You will have access to all of the content in the Membership Area and you will be able to buy additional courses, at the discounted price, as they are released, if you wish to do so.

No, they are deliberately not accredited! Accredited courses have to follow a pre-determined content and are subject to some kind of "test". They usually contain a large element of theory - some of it very dated!  Our approach is purely practical and is based on over 35 years in the training and development industry. When you come on a personal development journey with us, you will not be bombarded with theory, that may or may not be relevant to your learning needs. You will take an active part in developing the content! Our emphasis is always on practical implementation of your learning and that means that it must be personal to you. You must always be the key decision-maker in your application of your learning. It must always be about you and those people who are important in your life - it is never and never should be, about the Course. The course must only be a guide! If in the future you want to progress to Accreditation and Qualification based learning, then what you personally learn and build here, will help you achieve those Qualifications.
