It is difficult to give an exact price comparison because the range is so varied from "free" to £1,000s. This might help to put the investment price into perspective.

  • The average cost of a Personal Development programme in the UK  currently, can be anywhere from £450 to £1,500+.
  • The average hourly rate for a personal development Coach in the UK can range from £50 to £100+ per hour depending on their level of experience.

So why can we offer such a relatively low price? After many years in this business I genuinely want to make learning and development accessible to those who might not be able to access it, because of cost or lack of sponsorship from employers. This is my way of giving something back!

We are not "course sellers", so you will not see a list of available courses on the website. The Core Programme is the foundation of your learning journey. You will be expected to complete the programme within the first 3 months and in that time you will create your own  detailed Personal Development Plan, which details the actions you will take over the next 12 months to achieve the goals you set for yourself. You will not be able to renew your membership at the reduced price if you haven't completed your core programme. On renewal and each subsequent renewal, you will unlock an additional module that has been designed from the feedback received from current members.  We believe that Personal Development is about the individual - not about a course.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Please note that although payments are taken monthly, your current subscription lasts for a 3-month period. Your monthly payment will continue to be taken until your current subscription period ends. Your access will also continue until the end of the subscription period. 

No, they are deliberately not accredited! Accredited courses have to follow a pre-determined content and are subject to some kind of "test". They usually contain a large element of theory - some of it very dated!  Our approach is purely practical and is based on over 35 years in the training and development industry. When you come on a personal development journey with us, you will not be bombarded with theory, that may or may not be relevant to your learning needs. You will take an active part in developing the content! Our emphasis is always on practical implementation of your learning and that means that it must be personal to you. You must always be the key decision-maker in your application of your learning. It must always be about you and those people who are important in your life - it is never and never should be, about the Course. The course must only be a guide! If in the future you want to progress to Accreditation and Qualification based learning, then what you personally learn and build here, will help you achieve those Qualifications.
