Welcome to Arvus. By using our website and enrolling in our programmes, you are agreeing to the following terms. Our goal is to provide a supportive, clear, and transparent environment for your personal development.

1. Membership & Subscription Pricing

  • Months 1–6 (Initial Phase): Upon enrollment, your membership is £16 per month. During this phase, your introductory module and core monthly modules are unlocked every 30 days.
  • Months 7–12 (Loyalty Rate): From Month 7, your membership fee automatically drops to £12 per month as a loyalty reward. During this phase, additional bonus modules unlock each month.
  • Month 13 Onward (Lifetime Rate): From Month 13, your loyalty is rewarded with a permanent drop to £6 per month for as long as you remain a member. This rate grants ongoing access to all 12 modules, the resource library, live check-ins, and the community forum.
  • Payment: All recurring subscription payments are processed securely via Stripe.

2. Access to Materials & Content Unlocking

  • Your Account: Your login credentials are for your personal use only and must not be shared.
  • Intellectual Property: All training videos, workbooks, articles, and downloadable resources are the exclusive property of Arvus Training and Development. Materials may be downloaded for your personal, non-commercial use only and must not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
  • Content Delivery: Course content and modules are drip-fed automatically based on your membership duration and active payment schedule.

3. Community & Personal Feedback

  • Community Guidelines: We encourage open, honest, and supportive discussions within our Community Forum. All members are expected to interact respectfully. Arvus reserves the right to remove inappropriate content or suspend memberships if behaviour is deemed harmful to the community.
  • Personal Feedback & Check-ins: Personal feedback on in-lesson submissions and monthly live Teams check-ins are included with active memberships. We aim to respond to written queries within 72 hours (excluding weekends).

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitment periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your account portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle, after which no further payments will be charged.
  • Refund Policy: Because our service grants immediate access to proprietary digital training materials and downloadable workbooks upon signup, we do not offer refunds once the platform has been accessed. If you encounter any technical issues accessing your account, please contact us immediately so we can assist. This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

The guidance, tools, and materials provided by Arvus are for personal development and educational purposes only. While our frameworks are based on over 35 years of professional experience, they do not constitute or replace professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice.

6. Governing Law

Arvus operates within the United Kingdom. These terms and any disputes arising from your use of our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or regulatory updates. If significant changes are made to subscription rates or membership structures, we will notify active members via email at least 30 days prior to implementation.
