Welcome to Arvus. By using our website and enrolling in our programmes, you are agreeing to the following terms. Our goal is to provide a supportive and clear environment for your personal development.

1. Membership & Subscription

  • The Core Programme: When you join, you commit to an initial 3-month personal development journey. The cost is £50 per month for the first 3 months.
  • The Renewal Phase: After your initial 3 months, your membership automatically moves to our “Maintenance & Growth” phase. The cost drops significantly to £15 per month.
  • 3-Month Cycles: To ensure you have time to work through the new modules we unlock for you, the maintenance phase is structured in 3-month blocks. While you pay £15 monthly, you are committing to the 3-month cycle.
  • Payment: All payments are handled securely via PayPal.

2. Access to Materials

  • Your Account: Your login details are for your personal use only. Please do not share them with others.
  • Intellectual Property: All training videos, workbooks, and articles are the property of Arvus Training and Development. You are welcome to download materials for your own personal use, but they must not be copied, shared, or sold to others.
  • Unlocking Content: New modules are unlocked based on your membership progress and renewal cycles.

3. Community & Coaching

  • The Forum: We encourage open, honest, and supportive discussion. We ask all members to be respectful. We reserve the right to remove any content or cancel memberships if behaviour is deemed harmful to the community.
  • Personal Feedback: As part of your membership, I provide personal feedback on your progress. I aim to respond to queries within 72 hours, excluding weekends.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Please note that although payments are taken monthly, your current subscription lasts for a 3-month period. Your monthly payment will continue to be taken until your current subscription period ends. Your access will also continue until the end of the subscription period.
  • Refunds: Because our service provides immediate access to digital training materials, we do not generally offer refunds once the Learning Platform has been accessed. However, if you have a technical issue, we will work with you to resolve it immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

The material provided is for personal development and educational purposes. While these techniques are based on years of professional experience, they do not replace professional medical or mental health advice.

6. UK Jurisdiction

Arvus is based in the UK and our services are designed for UK residents. Any disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes to pricing or how your membership works, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance.
