How to Get the Most from Your Membership!

To ensure you get the maximum value from your investment, this guide explains how the course is structured, how to get support, and the clear steps needed to progress through the modules.

1. The Two Documents You’ll Create

The course is built around two distinct types of documents. Understanding this difference ensures you maintain privacy over your deepest reflections while still moving forward in the programme.

A. Your Private Workbook (For Your Eyes Only) 🤫

• The Purpose: This is where the real, transformative work happens. All the in-depth exercises—such as your Vision, Strengths, Limiting Beliefs, and the full Action Blueprint—are housed here.
• Privacy: This document is completely private and solely for your own benefit. I am your course Guide and Facilitator, but I will never see the content of this workbook unless you voluntarily choose to share a specific section with me.
• Action: Download your “My Private  Workbook” document in the Introductory module.

B. The Assignments (For Completion Check) ✅

• Purpose: These are the required submission fields within the course platform that you must complete to unlock the next module.They are a simple, two-question check-in designed to help you solidify your key learning.
• The Content I See: This reflection is the only content you submit that I see. I use it to confirm your completion and offer  encouragement and help if needed.

2. Progress Tracking and Unlocking Modules

The Core Programme is designed to be taken sequentially to ensure you build a powerful foundation of self-awareness before jumping into action.

The Gate: How to Progress

1. Complete All Work: Ensure you have completed all lessons and exercises within your current module’s private workbook.
2. Submit the Reflection: Complete and submit the final assignment for the module, titled: “Module: Key Learnings & Completion Check.”
3. Unlock: Submitting this final assignment is the automatic trigger that unlocks the next module’s content.

What Happens After the Core Programme?

Completing the Core Programme is your gateway to unlocking additional features. When you renew your membership after the first 3 months (and have finished the Core Programme), you will unlock an exclusive new module. You will also maintain continuous access to all the membership resources you currently enjoy, ensuring your continued growth is completely aligned with your own definition of success.

3. Support and Guidance: I’m Here to Help

While you own your journey, you don’t have to walk it alone. I am here to serve as your Guide, Facilitator, and Accountability Partner.

• Ask Questions Anytime: The best way to get guidance on a lesson concept or an assignment instruction is to use the comments box associated with that specific lesson or assignment within the platform.
• No Right or Wrong Answers: Remember, your workbook content is for your development—there are no grades and no judgment. The only way to get a “wrong” answer is not to be honest with yourself!
• My Feedback: I will personally review your two-question Module Completion Reflections to offer encouragement, clarify any concepts you mention, and acknowledge the valuable work you’ve done.

This is our exclusive, members-only space and a vital component of your learning journey. We learn best when we learn from each other.

You can use the Sanctuary to comment on your experiences when implementing your learning, share thoughts on articles, seek advice from your fellow members, or raise general topics for discussion.
